When will my order be processed?
Once your order has been approved, it will ship out the following business day. Order approval can take between 1-3 business days.

How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number and can track your shipment at any time.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FO AND DPO addresses but do not ship to PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to any international countries.

When will I receive my order?

CONSUMERS:

For all approved orders, you should receive your package between 2-10 days from the shipment date.

SALON PROFESSIONALS:

For all approved orders over $400.00, you should receive your order in 2 days barring any carrier delays. For all approved orders under $400.00, you should receive your order between 2-6 days from the shipment date barring any carrier delays

For all approved orders, we offer free Ground Shipping. For expedited shipping rates, please select the appropriate service and its related charges at checkout.

SALON PROFESSIONALS:

For all approved orders over $400.00, we offer free 2 day Shipping. For all orders under $400.00, we offer free Ground Shipping. For expedited shipping rates, please select the appropriate service and its related charges at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax on orders through your website?
We are required to charge sales tax in several states throughout the US. If sales taxes are mandated to be collected in your state, they will be calculated at checkout.
